Having the sensitivity needed to remove phospholipids from biological cell tissues, solid supported liquid extraction plates yield greater reproducibility and recoveries in tests. Preventing uneven liquid mixtures typical of emulsification, the extracted samples have a more homogenous consistency. More economical than other styles, the SLE plates have lower solvent requirements. Compatible with automatic equipment, these plates support the fastest sample preparation method.
